Baking/Cooking Club
Calling all little bakers, chefs, and food lovers! We are thrilled to offer this club to NCS students in 1ST-4TH GRADE. Cooking & baking is such a rewarding and useful life skill. Our goal is to teach the basics, explain safety, create a fun atmosphere and of course bake/cook some delicious dishes & treats. Our leaders will be teaching the children how to make the dish, then assist in creating it, bake/cook the goodies and send home for the child(ren) to enjoy. We truly are SO excited to teach your precious young ones to learn how to make an easy dish (to add to their cooking knowledge) and allow them an opportunity to grow in this area!
Chess Club
We are pleased to announce that NCS will be hosting a Chess Club. This club will serve as a great opportunity for the students to learn a new skill, have fun, and fellowship with other believers! Research supports that there is a strong correlation between learning to play chess and academic achievement. Our chess club will be open for students from 4TH-8TH GRADERS ONLY.

Through these activities, your child will not only learn about the beauty and intricacy of nature but also grow in their appreciation for God’s creative power. We are limiting the amount of students per grade to allow for all three grades to have this opportunity.
