The NCS Association consists of the members of the Board of Education, NCS staff, parents, and friends of NCS. In order to be a member of the association the proper paperwork must be filed and membership dues paid.
Members are expected to attend the fall and spring Association meetings. They also have the responsibility of voting in new NCS board members and approving the NCS budget. Absentee voting may take place but must be submitted to the office the day before the board election.
