Volunteer opportunities abound when it comes to serving within the community of Northwest Christian School. Throughout the school year, our families can get involved in a variety of activities, such as classroom or playground assistance, field trips, special events, fundraising events, helping with beautification of the school grounds, serving on committees, and so much more.
A simple investment of your time, creativity, spiritual gifts, and enthusiasm for serving will truly go a long way in blessing the community of Northwest Christian School – not to mention the chance for you to get to know other parents and to stay connected with your child’s student life experience. — “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” 1 Peter 4:10
We also encourage our alumni, grandparents, and former parents of NCS to stay involved in the school as we, together, model a Godly example of servanthood to our students and throughout our school community.
Below is a list of opportunities where you can get involved, enhance, and bless the many activities of our school. Included also are Volunteer Obligations for Enrolled Families at NCS – those areas where currently enrolled families are required to serve in fundraising activities in support of special events that we promote each school year.
We thank you for prayerfully considering how you are called to serve the body of Christ at Northwest Christian School. – “Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not men.” Ephesians 6:7
